Opening Times

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m - 7 p.m
Saturday - Sunday: 8 a.m - 6 p.m

Classes

Monday: Bag Blast - 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Wednesday: Sparring - 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

(Note: This class is not for beginners. You must consult with a coach before attending.)

Thursday: Kids Class (12+) - 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Friday: Kids Class (5+) - 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM / Adult Boxing Class - 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Memberships

Our membership is just £26 per month. This gives you unlimited access to the gym during our opening hours, with no additional charges for entry. Plus, as a member, you’ll also enjoy discounts on all our boxing classes

Private Lessons

A private lesson at our gym lasts for 1 hour, giving you ample time to work one-on-one with our expert trainers and focus on your specific goals.
